Clean Power Plan Repeal
The Environmental Protection Agency recently announced plans to repeal the clean power plan. The Montana Climate Assessment, released in September, predicts the state’s average temperatures and precipitation to increase quicker than the national average due to carbon emissions. UM News Reporter Meghan Bourassa, with Photojournalist Tiffany Folkes, reports how this repeal will affect the state’s climate.
