Housing Options in Missoula

Missoula’s housing market presents a challenge for students returning to the University of Montana this fall. A three percent rental vacancy rate, compared to six percent nationally, means students scramble to find a place to live. This week, Laura Freeman looked at how the city’s working to open up availability for renters.
