Missoula College’s Newly Adopted Hospitality Management Program

Missoula College recently adopted a new Hospitality Management program geared towards majors in the culinary arts, hotel and lodging management as well as front of the house management. Chef Instructor, Aimee Elliott says the program gives students a certificate with their degree, which focuses on the business aspect of things in their desired industry. The program just began this Fall Semester of 2015 as it is already gaining plenty of attention. Photographer Ryan Groh visits the Culinary Program for the story.
